Rest assured, our maximum timeframe is 24 business hours for final release. Our team works constantly so that this time is as short as possible, ensuring that your strategy and sales planning do not suffer delays.
2. Why does my product need to go through analysis?
The analysis is an educational and safety step. We review whether the product complies with platform guidelines and legal norms. This protects you against future disputes (chargebacks) and ensures your customer receives exactly what was promised, strengthening your reputation as a producer.
3. Where can I track the release status?
You can monitor progress in real time in the "My Products" tab.
- Pending/Under Review: We are reviewing the information.
- Approved: Your checkout link is now active for sales!
- Adjustments Needed: If something needs to be changed, we will send the details to your email and a notification in the dashboard.
5. How can I speed up future approvals?
For your product to be approved right away, make sure that:
- The sales page is clear and without impossible promises.
