Identity verification is a mandatory and essential process for the security of your account and the release of payments on Mundpay. Follow this guide to ensure that your documents are approved quickly.
Phase 1: Identification Documents (Individual and Legal Entity)
To prove the identity of the account holder (whether you or your company), we request the following documents:
For Individual Accounts (PF)
Required Document | Photo Details |

Identification Document (Front) | Clear and colored photo of the front of your ID, Driver's License, or other official photo document. |
Identification Document (Back) | Clear and colored photo of the back of the same document used above. |
Facial Verification Selfie | A photo of you (selfie) holding the document next to your face, ensuring that your face and the document data are clear. |
For Legal Entity Accounts (PJ)
In addition to the personal identification documents of the Managing Partner (described above), the following company documents must be submitted:

CNPJ Card (Brazilian company tax ID) | Official document issued by the Federal Revenue Service, with updated and legible data. |
Incorporation Document | Latest amendment to the Articles of Association or MEI Certificate. |
Phase 2: Proof of Residence/Address
To prove your address (PF or PJ), we request proof of address that follows the ownership and validity rules.
Accepted Documents
The proof must be a utility bill, such as:
- Electric Bill
- Water Bill
- Internet or Cable TV Bill
- Telephone (Landline or Mobile) Bill
Ownership Rules (Accepted Names)
The proof does not need to be in your name or in your company's name. Documents in the following names are accepted:
- Your own name (PF) or company name (PJ).
- Your Parents (mother or father).
- Your Spouse (husband or wife).
- Blood Relatives (siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, as long as the relationship is proven, if requested).
Validity Rules
The proof of address must have been issued no more than 2 (two) months (60 days) from the submission date.
Accepted File Types and Formats
For uploading personal documents, CNPJ Card, and proof of address, we accept the following formats:

Essential Tips to Pass on First Review
Following these rules is crucial for your documents to be approved without the need to resubmit:
Requirement | Details |

Clarity and Quality | Photos/files must be clear (no blurring), colored and well-lit, allowing you to read all information. |
No Alterations | Documents must be free of alterations, creases or marks that could compromise authenticity. |
All Four Corners Visible | All photos must show all four complete corners of the document or proof. Avoid cutting the edges. |
Valid and Current | The ID document (ID, Driver's License, etc.) and CNPJ Card (concerning registration status) must be within the validity period/regular status. |
