Phase 1: Identification Documents (Individual and Legal Entity)
To prove the identity of the account holder (whether you or your company), we request the following documents:
For Individual Accounts (PF)

For Legal Entity Accounts (PJ)
In addition to the personal identification documents of the Managing Partner (described above), the following company documents must be submitted:

Phase 2: Proof of Residence/Address
To prove your address (PF or PJ), we request proof of address that follows the ownership and validity rules.
Accepted Documents
The proof must be a utility bill, such as:
- Electric Bill
- Water Bill
- Internet or Cable TV Bill
- Telephone (Landline or Mobile) Bill
Ownership Rules (Accepted Names)
The proof does not need to be in your name or in your company's name. Documents in the following names are accepted:
- Your own name (PF) or company name (PJ).
- Your Parents (mother or father).
- Your Spouse (husband or wife).
- Blood Relatives (siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, as long as the relationship is proven, if requested).
Validity Rules
The proof of address must have been issued no more than 2 (two) months (60 days) from the submission date.

What is the difference in documents between Individual and Legal Entity?
Individuals need to send only personal identification documents such as ID or Driver's License. Legal Entities need to send, in addition to the personal documents of the Managing Partner, the company CNPJ Card and the constitution document which may be the latest amendment to the Social Contract or MEI Certificate.

Mundpay accepts consumption invoices as proof of address. Accepted are: Electric bill, Water bill, Internet bill or Cable TV bill, and Fixed or Mobile Phone bill. The proof must be legible and clearly contain the registered address.
Does the address proof need to be in my name?
No, the proof does not necessarily need to be in your name or the company's name. Documents in the name of your Parents (mother or father), your Spouse (husband or wife), or Blood Relatives such as siblings, grandparents or uncles are accepted as long as it is possible to prove kinship if requested.
What is the maximum validity of the address proof?
The address proof must have been issued no more than 2 (two) months ago, that is, 60 days from the date of submission. Older proofs will be rejected, so check the issue date before uploading to the platform.
What file formats are accepted for uploading documents?
For images, JPG, JPEG and PNG formats are accepted. For documents such as CNPJ Card or Social Contract, only PDF files are accepted. Make sure your files are in these formats before uploading to the system.
