How to buy a product on Mundpay?

Buying products on Mundpay is simple, practical, and secure. If you have any questions about how to make your purchase, do not worry. Below, we explain the step-by-step process to complete your order.

To shop on our platform, you must access the product sales page, which may be hosted directly on Mundpay or on an external website. Through buttons such as Buy, Buy Now, or similar, you will be directed to the payment page, where you can enter your information and complete your purchase.

The process works as follows:

First, access the product's sales page and click the purchase button. Next, you will be directed to the payment page, where you must enter your personal information, such as full name and email. Other information, such as CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), address, or additional information, may be requested based on the configuration set by the seller responsible for the product.
After filling in your information, choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase. As soon as payment is confirmed, you will receive at the email used for the purchase the instructions or access link to your purchased product. Therefore, it is essential to verify that the email was entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you have already made other purchases using the same email, all your products can be accessed from that address.

Important: Mundpay is the platform responsible for intermediating sales and payments of products registered in its system. However, it is the seller who defines which payment methods will be available for each product. If your desired payment method is not available, we recommend contacting the seller directly to check the possibility of enabling that payment method.
