To request access to groups, communities or social networks linked to your purchased product, you need to contact the Producer directly, as only they are responsible for authorizing and adding new participants to these spaces.
To locate the Producer's contact on Mundpay, follow the steps below:

  • Access the Mundpay consumer area
  • Select your desired product,
  • The Producer's contact will be available in the "Seller information" field

Also, the Producer's email can be found on the Payment Page. The Producer's contact is available at the time of filling in the payment details, through the "Responsible Seller" option.

Mundpay is responsible for hosting and intermediating the sale of digital and physical products registered on the platform. However, it does not manage the inclusion of participants in groups, communities or social networks, even when these benefits are part of the purchased product. This responsibility is exclusive to the Producer.
