How long do I have to access my course?

Products made available on Mundpay may have access periods set by the Producer. This means that not all products offer unlimited access time.
The access period varies according to the type of product purchased, which may fall into one of the modalities below.

• Digital products with single payment

These are those where payment is made only once for access release. Unlike subscriptions, there are no recurring charges after purchase completion.
Credit card installments should not be confused with a subscription. Even when the amount is divided into installments, it is a single payment, because the total product value has already been contracted, with installments being an option offered by the credit card operator.
Generally speaking, single-payment products have no expiration period for access. However, as this setting is defined exclusively by the Producer, we recommend that you contact the support team responsible for the product to confirm the access time previously established.
