Don't forget to check your Spam folder if you don't find the email in your Inbox.

2. Access the first link from the email received: https://orders.mundpay.com/

3. Select your country. Then, fill in your email used at purchase and click "Access".

Tip: If you don't remember the email, it's listed right below the access link received in the same message.

The page will ask you to verify your email.

4. Check your email again to access your account through the provided link. Always remember to check your spam folder!

Important: The link expires in 15 minutes. If it expires, return to the first link https://orders.mundpay.com/ and repeat the previous process to generate a new access link.

5. The link will redirect you to your account and there you will find all products purchased by you!

  1. Requesting the Refund

1. Right on the home page, in "My Purchases", click on the product for which you want a refund, then click on "Purchase Details" and click the** "Request refund".**

2. Select the reason for the request, detail the reason in the "Description" field and select the green button "Confirm Request".

Important: By confirming your refund request, you will automatically lose your access to the product.

3. All set! your request has been received and will be processed.

Important: For credit card purchases, the refund may arrive on your current statement or next statement, depending on your card's due date!

4. Watch your email. We will send all updates about your order as soon as the refund is processed.
