Panel Path:
Go to Products, locate your desired product and click Affiliate.

Click the Configure affiliate program button (or the side panel on the right).

Step-by-step configuration:

  • Activation:
    • Enable affiliate program: Turn on this toggle to activate the product's affiliate system.
  • Approval and Access Rules:
    • Approve affiliates individually:
      • Enabled: You will need to manually approve each request received.
      • Disabled: Any user requesting affiliation will be automatically approved.
    • Allow access to buyer information: Enable this option if you want your affiliates to view data for customers who purchased through their link.

  • Commission and Financial Rules:
    • Commission type: Choose the model (ex: Percentage).
    • Commission (%): Set the value or percentage the affiliate will receive per sale (ex: 1.00 % or your desired percentage).
    • Responsible for chargeback fee cost: Select in the dropdown who will cover the fee in case of dispute or chargeback (ex: Affiliate).
  • Attribution and Cookies Rule:
    • Attribution model: Choose your preferred option:
      • Last click: Commission is attributed to the last affiliate link the buyer clicked.

  1. In the Configure affiliate program side panel, locate the Details section.
  2. In the Affiliate details page (optional) field, enter the corresponding link (https://...):
    • Can be the URL of your Google Drive or Dropbox folder with creatives and artwork.
    • Can be an external page (Ex: Notion, website or group) containing the product rules and support materials.
  4. Click Save settings.

3. How to Enable Your Product in the MundPay Marketplace

To make your product available in the MundPay public marketplace and attract new affiliates:

  • In the affiliate configuration side panel, locate the toggle Enable product in marketplace.
  • Turn on the toggle to activate visibility in the Marketplace.
  • In the Description field (up to 500 characters), write an attractive product presentation, highlighting the target audience, sales ticket and differentials to convince affiliates to promote your product.
  • Click Save settings.

If you want to invite specific partners or influencers directly:

  1. Access your product in Products > Edit Product > Affiliate tab.
  2. At the top of the main panel, click the Copy invitation link button.
  3. Send the copied URL to your partner. When accessing the link, they will be directed to log in or sign up and accept your product affiliation.

Where can I approve pending affiliate requests?

If the Approve affiliates individually toggle is enabled, you should manage requests in the main side menu under My Affiliates > Pending Requests.

Who pays the chargeback fee for affiliate sales?

You can set this directly in the Responsible for chargeback fee cost field by choosing between Affiliate or Producer or Company.

Can an affiliate see buyer data?

Only if the Allow access to buyer information toggle is enabled in your product settings. If disabled, customer data will remain hidden from affiliates for privacy reasons.
