How to Create Nutraceutical Products on Mundpay

1. How do I start registering my nutraceutical product on Mundpay? To start the registration, access the Mundpay dashboard, go to the left sidebar menu, click on "Products" and then select "Create product". On the next screen, choose the product type by clicking on the "Nutraceutical product" option.

2. What basic information do I need to fill in about my product? At the beginning, you will need to fill in the following data:

• Product name
• Category
• SKU (product identification code)
• Description (up to 40 characters)
• Sales Page URL
• Thank You Page URL (This item is optional)

3. How do I configure support channels for my customers? In the support step, you must provide the Support Email and the Support WhatsApp so your customers can contact you. After filling in, click "Next" and perform the two-factor security verification that will be sent to your email.

4. How do I set the price and sales currency for my nutraceutical? In the payment step, you must set the payment type and the Main offer value. A very important step is to choose the Base currency (Real, Dollar, or Euro).

• Strategic tip: If your goal is to sell outside Brazil, configuring the offer directly in foreign currency (such as Dollar) protects your product against daily exchange rate fluctuations. This ensures that the customer sees the correct price and that you receive exactly the planned value, with no surprises in conversion.

5. Which documents are required to approve the sale of a nutraceutical? Because it is a physical health product, Mundpay requires the upload of 3 mandatory documents:

1. Manufacturer contract
2. COA (Certificate of Analysis)
3. Product label (must contain the label image with ingredients)

• Note: There is also a fourth field for Extra documents (optional), where you can send additional files that reinforce the validity or usefulness of your product.

6. How do I configure delivery and logistics (fulfillment)? After submitting the documents, in the step about how the product will be delivered, select the "External Integration" option and click "Finish" to create the product.
To connect your logistics company, follow these final steps:

• Go to the left sidebar menu and click on "Integrations".
• Scroll down the screen until you find the "Global Fulfillment" section and choose the partner company that will handle distribution (in the video, TB3 is used as an example).
• Click on the company, fill in a title for the integration, and paste the API Key provided by your logistics partner.
• Select the nutraceutical product you just created and click "Save integration". Done, your product is configured and ready to scale!
