Prerequisites

  • Active Mundpay Producer account.
  • Conversation flow created in Bot Conversa.
  • Logged in to both platforms.

Integration Step by Step

Phase 1: Generation and Copy of Webhook URL in Bot Conversa

  1. Access Automation: In Bot Conversa, after creating your conversation flow, click on "Automation".
  2. Access Webhook: Next, click on "Webhook".
  3. Add New Webhook: Click on "Add New Webhook".
  4. Create Automation: Name and create your automation via Webhook.
  5. Copy the URL: Click on the automation you just created and copy the generated URL.

Phase 2: Configuration and Activation in Mundpay

  1. Access Integrations: In Mundpay, go to the left side menu and click on "Integrations".
  2. Connect Bot Conversa: Look for "Bot Conversa" in the list and click on "Connect Integration".
  3. Name and Paste the Link: Name the integration and paste the Webhook link you copied from Bot Conversa.
  4. Select and Adjust: Select the Product and adjust the information (events) you want to send via Webhook.
  5. Save and Activate: Save the changes in Mundpay and then activate the integration in Bot Conversa.
