As soon as a customer disputes a purchase with the card operator, our technology detects the request before it formalizes as a full Chargeback with the acquirer and reverses it.

How does Pre-chargeback protect my account?

Upon receiving the alert, our team of specialists begins the defense and immediately reverses it. This prevents the request from advancing to the acquirer, protecting your account from penalties, fines, and restrictive actions.

What is the cost of the Pre-chargeback Fee?

A Pre-chargeback Fee of R$ 80.00 is charged per alert occurrence. This value covers the cost of technology and specialized defense performed by Mundpay.

What amount is refunded in the sale?

In case of a pre-chargeback, we refund the gross amount of the transaction, not the net amount received by the Producer. Full refund of the amount is a requirement of card operators. The customer has the right to receive back the full amount they paid for the purchase. Therefore, the amount refunded equals the net amount + transaction fees.

Do I need to register in the alert system?

No, this process is no longer necessary. All our processes are now automated and we do the registration internally!
