2. Fill in personal details

  1. Provide full name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), email and phone.
  2. Create a secure password (with at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers).
  3. Review the terms of use and check the option to agree.

3. Email verification

  • After filling in the form, click "Send".
  • Wait for the email sent to your inbox (also check spam).
  • Open the MundPay email and click the "Confirm email" button or link.

4. Identity confirmation

  • Next, the platform requests the sending of documentsID, driver license or passport, CNPJ business agreement.
  • Upload the files within MundPay's secure environment.

5. Access configuration

  • Finish filling in the requested information, bank details, address, etc.
  • After all submissions, perform your first login with email and password.
