1. Accessing the products panel

  • Log into your Mundpay account.
  • In the sidebar menu, click on "Products" and then on "+ Create Product"

2. Define basic data

  • Select Digital product for products with online delivery, or select Nutraceutical for physical products of natural supplements.
  • Enter the product name (ex: "Digital Marketing Course").
  • Select the correct category (course, ebook, coaching, etc.).
  • Write a description, highlighting benefits and target audience.
  • Insert the sales page link. The sales page must be a valid page, placing links like google.com can cause product blocking.

3. Support contact

  • Enter the correct support email, we will review it.
  • Add your WhatsApp contact to facilitate communication with your customers.

3. Setting price and payment method

  • Choose whether payment will be One-time or recurring. Currently recurring is not yet available on the platform.
  • Enter the product value.
  • Select whether you want to charge in Reals, Euros, or Dollars.
  • Click to proceed.

4. Setting up delivery and access

  • Choose the type: If you want to integrate with an external platform or if you want to include a PDF on Mundpay.
  • Done, this step is complete.

5. Customization

  • Upload a product photo.
  • Include the PDF if the product delivery is by PDF.
  • If the product deliverable is via external member area, go to Integrations > Member Area > Select the member area you want to integrate > If it is not one of the available options, integrate via generic webhook.

6. Testing product before activating

  • Use sandbox mode or test purchases to validate the flow.
  • Simulate a complete purchase: choose payment, receive email, validate content access.
  • Fix errors (forms, broken links, incorrect prices).

7. Official launch

  • Activate the product for public mode or immediate sale.
  • Share the direct link (checkout) on your sales channels: website, social media, affiliates.

8. Monitoring and adjustments

  • Access the sales and reports panel.
  • Analyze metrics: conversion, average ticket, volume by channel.
  • Adjust price, description, checkout layout, and marketing campaigns based on performance.
