How do I access my e-book?

In this step-by-step guide, we will show you how to access all your products purchased with payment processed by Mundpay and how to download your e-book.

Accessing my e-book

When you make your first purchase through Mundpay, an account is automatically created with the email provided at the time of purchase.
You can access your e-book in two ways:

Access via confirmation email

As soon as payment is approved, you will receive an email from Mundpay with access information for your product.

1. Locate the purchase confirmation email in your inbox.
2. After logging in, your e-book will be available in the "My purchases" tab.
3. The file can be viewed online or downloaded, according to the product configuration.

Access through the Mundpay consumer area

If you cannot locate the confirmation email, do not worry. Just follow the steps below:

1. Access the Mundpay consumer portal.
2. In the Email field, enter the email address used in the purchase.
3. After logging in, access the "My purchases" tab.
4. Select the desired product and download the e-book.

Important tips

• Always use the same email provided at purchase to access your products.
• Some files may require specific programs to open, such as PDF readers or applications for compressed files (.zip).
• If you cannot find the access email, also check the Spam, Junk or Promotions folders.
