2. How do I request and configure access to the Mundpay internal Members Area?

The process is quick and done in 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Create your products in Mundpay

Before requesting the release of your space, you need to create the registration of your products on the platform.

  • Access the Mundpay dashboard, go to the Products tab, click on New Product and configure your product/offer.

Configuring internal access: include these data that will be standard data for those who want registration in Mundpay's members area. After creating the members area, we will update this data with the current data from your created members area.

  • Access Logs (fill in with this data):

Step 2: Copy your Product IDs

For our team to link the correct content to your account, we need the ID for each product.

  1. In the left sidebar, click on Products.
  2. Click on the product you want to link.
  3. Copy the entire link (URL) that appears in your browser address bar.

Example URL: https://login.mundpay.com/products/edit-product/01963477-3fd9-7297-8585-139bbeed8228/geral (the code between edit-product/ and /geral contains your product ID).

Step 3: Request the creation of your Members Area

With the links in hand, contact our technical team directly via WhatsApp:

Step 4: Send the IDs and your Administrator Email on WhatsApp

To release your Administrator access (so you can upload your lessons, modules and manage students), send in the same WhatsApp message:

  • Your Mundpay registration email.
  • The Product Links/IDs (copied in Step 2).
  • Desired members area name.

Example message> Hi, I want to have access to the Mundpay Members Area.

3. How long does it take for the Members Area and my admin access to be ready?

After sending the links and your registration email, support releases the environment and sends your Administrator credentials within 24 business hours directly via WhatsApp.

4. How does my student receive access to the content?

As soon as the purchase is confirmed at the Mundpay checkout, the system automatically sends a welcome email to the buyer with the login, password, and direct access link to the Members Area.
