Buying on Mundpay is simple and secure. To complete your purchase and ensure access to the product you have purchased, you will need to provide some personal data, filled in carefully.
Some basic data will always be required to complete payment, while other data, such as CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) or CNPJ (Brazilian business ID), may or may not be requested, depending on your country of origin.

Below is the step-by-step process for filling out the purchase form:

1. In the upper left corner, you must choose the country for the purchase. This information is important for defining the purchase currency, available payment methods, applicable taxes, and how the product will be billed.
2. You must enter your email. It is critical that this email is correct, as this is where you will receive the product login information. If you have previously made purchases on Mundpay, it is important that you use the same email address so you can access all your products from the same account.
3. In the "Full name" field, you need to enter your name as it appears on your ID. This will help us find your account on Mundpay more easily if you have any difficulties.
4. Next, enter your phone number. You do not need to enter the country code, as it is selected automatically.
5. You should select the** payment method** of your choice. Credit card and Google Pay options will always be available. Other payment methods may vary depending on the country and the configuration set by the Producer. If any of the data appears in red, this means it is invalid. You may be missing a number or you may have entered an invalid character. Check this information and try again.
