2. Let's see how it works in practice?

Let's simulate a sale of R$ 200.00 in Brazil (considering Pix or Bank Slip).

  • 1. Percentage Fee (5.99%), R$ 200.00 x 5.99% = R$ 11.98
  • 2. Fixed Fee, R$ 1.50
  • 3. Total Fees, R$ 11.98 + R$ 1.50 = R$ 13.48

Net Sale Value (Before Retention). R$ 200.00 - R$ 13.48 = R$ 186.52

3. Application of Security Retention

On the total sale value, a temporary retention is applied, which ensures the stability of your account against chargebacks and refunds.

  • Standard Policy, 15% of the transaction value, retained for 60 days.

Retention Calculation (15%). R$ 200.00 x 15% = R$ 30.00

4. How You Receive the Money

Your payment is divided into two moments.

Moment

Value in Example (R$ 200.00)

When It Occurs

Immediate Transfer (D+X)

R$ 156.52 (R$ 186.52 - R$ 30.00)

Released according to your account timeframe (D+3, D+7, etc.).

Release of Retention

R$ 30.00

Released after 60 days, if there are no disputes or refunds.

The final total value you receive for the sale of R$ 200.00 is R$ 186.52, with R$ 156.52 paid upfront and R$ 30.00 after 60 days.
