How do I access my first purchase on mundpay?

Just made a purchase processed by Mundpay and don't know how to access the content you've bought? Don't worry!
Whether it's an e-book, online course, subscription or another digital product, access is easy. Check out the main ways to access your purchase below.

First access through MundPay consumer area

1. Access the Mundpay shopping portal. MundpayMundpay | Customer Area
2. In the "Find and manage your purchases" field, enter the email address used at the time of purchase.
3. You will receive a Mundpay email verification.
4. Click on "Verify email" to confirm your access.
5. When you do, you will be directed to your purchases area and will be able to view your products in the "My purchases" tab

First access through purchase confirmation email

After payment confirmation, Mundpay automatically sends a purchase confirmation email, containing the transaction details and product access information.

• If the product is hosted on a platform integrated with Mundpay, just click the link provided in the email used for purchase.
• If the product is hosted on an external platform, the confirmation email itself will bring you the access instructions provided by the responsible producer.

Importantalways check your spam or promotions folder as well.

Access via mobile device

If you prefer to access from your phone or tablet:

1. Use your mobile device's browser.
2. Access Mundpay's consumer portal.
3. Enter your purchase email.
4. After login, access the "My purchases" section to view your products.

Important tips

• The email used in the purchase is your main login in Mundpay. Keep it safe, as it will be used for:

  • Receiving important communications
• If you typed the email incorrectly at the time of purchase or need to change it, please contact Mundpay support through email contato@mundpay.com providing your transaction details.
• Some digital products may require specific programs to open, such as:
• • PDF reader (ex: Adobe Reader)
  • File decompressor (ex: WinRAR or similar)
• If the product requests an additional password for download or viewing, this protection is defined by the content producer. Usually, the purchase email is used as the access key.
