Prerequisites

  • Active Producer Mundpay account.
  • Active SMS Funnel account.
  • Logged in to both platforms.

Integration Step by Step

Phase 1: List Configuration and Postback URL Retrieval (SMS Funnel)

  1. Access Lists: In the SMS Funnel Panel, click on "Lists".
  2. Create New List: Click on "Create a new list".
  3. Name and Save: Name the list specifically (Ex: Pix Generated List - Product 1) and click on "Save".
  4. Copy the Postback URL: In the window that opens, click on "Integration URL" and copy the URL.

Phase 2: Event Configuration in Mundpay

  1. Access Integrations: In Mundpay, go to the left side menu and click on "Integrations".
  2. Access SMS Funnel: Click on "SMS Funnel".
  3. Create New Integration: Click on "New integration".
  4. Name and Select Product: Enter the same specific name as your list (Ex: Pix Generated - Product 1) and select the corresponding Product.
  5. Configure Status or Events (Critical!): In Status, select only the desired event, for example, "Awaiting Payment" (for Pix Generated) and disable the others.
  6. Paste the URL: Paste the Integration URL from SMS Funnel (copied in Step 4 of Phase 1) in the Mundpay field.
  7. Save: Click on "Save Integration".

Phase 3: Automation Configuration in SMS Funnel

  1. Access Automation: In SMS Funnel, click on "Automation".
  2. Create New Automation: Click on "Create a new automation".
  3. Name and Link to List: Name the automation (Ex: Pix Generated - Product 1) and select the list you created in Phase 1.
  4. Configure Sending: Configure the sending time (Ex: 1 minute after the event) and create the SMS message, inserting the Pix link and or your checkout link.
  5. Save: Click on "Save".

Done! Your Pix recovery integration (or another event) is now active and ready to convert pending sales!
